While version 1.07a allowed you to copy games with the “no copy” flag, it seems that the copy itself still had the flag toggled and so was unable to be copied back to the Wii. In case you’re not familiar with GeckoOS, it’s a Wiibrew program that lets you load Wii games from other regions, but was was combined with Ocarina in version 1.06f and now lets you apply cheat codes to games. Here’s the changelog for this version: No copy flag bit in saves now removed when copying no copy flag save games. In previous version you could copy no copy saves but it left the no copy flag bit in the save so unless you used a Hex editor you couldn’t copy the save game back to your Wii. Now this bit is removed when you copy the save over. Thanks Kenobi for this patch.
You need the rebooter to replicate no copy saves to SD card, but of course you can copy them back without rebooter loaded just like any other standard save. Related Articles:

Wii owners in North America and Europe will be getting in on developer Acquire’s upcoming ninja stealth action title, Tenchu 4, thanks to Ubisoft. The company has recently announced that From Software has given them the go signal to publish the game in those territories. Tenchu 4 will mark series creator Acquire’s return to the Tenchu franchise. Don’t let the numbering fool you, though. While this is the fourth full installment of the series, it’s actually the eleventh Tenchu game overall if you count all of the sidestories and updated releases. Details are still a bit scarce on Tenchu 4’s story, but we do know that players will once again take control of Azuma clan ninjas Ayame and Rikimaru. The game will reportedly feature 10 missions and an extra 50 side quests. We’ll find out more during the Tokyo Game Show next month as a playable demo of Tenchu 4 will be available there. Release is currently scheduled for early next year. The Japanese version comes out next month. Check out the first English trailer below. Related articles: Popularity: 1% [?]

BSG’s Tricia Helfer as Black Cat in Spider-Man: Web of Shadows video interPosted by: admin in UncategorizedTricia Helfer! Cylon 6! In Spider-man: Web of Shadows! Voicing Black Cat! It’s so cool I can’t speak in straight sentences. But then again, I’m a Battlestar Galactica fan, so you can probably anticipate me to pounce on anything BSG-related (see BSG geek trivia below ). In this video interview, we hear Tricia Helfer’s take on Black Cat’s character. If any of you have seen BSG, you might instantly surmise that the role was cut out for her. The way Tricia Helfer describes it, there seems to be some parallelisms between Cylon 6 and Black Cat.
Nintendo of America has sent ’round a press release announcing the release date for their own first-party music game, Wii Music. Wii Music lets players use the Wiimote and Nunchuk to control a six member band with a combination of motions and button presses. Unlike other music games it doesn’t tie itself down to just one instrument. More than 60 different instruments are available to play in this game. Wii Music also lets players add their own twist to the game’s playable tracks. Once they’re done tweaking it to their liking, they have the ability to then send it to others via the Wii Message Board. Wii Music launches on October 20. Related articles:

Wiibrew dev Nuke has released the latest version of GeckoOS. This is only a minor release that corrects a sorta-bug in the previous version.
